提到“水乡明珠”姜堰市俞垛镇，人们想到的多是美丽的溱湖风景名胜区，而在“创业光荣、致富可敬”的发展理念指导下，这个拥有一千多年历史的乡镇，近些年来工业经济快速发展，成为苏中地区著名的化工名镇，全镇现有化工、机械、电器、纺织、食品、粮食加工、建材、造船等领域的100多家企业。其中钨钼产业是俞垛镇的特色产业，形成了一定规模的集群优势。而这与一家企业——姜堰市安达有色金属有限公司的发展历程有着千丝万缕的联系，正是在公司不断壮大的过程中，带出了俞垛镇众多从事化工、钨钼的行家里手。
Refferring to Town Yuduo town in Jiangyan city, the beautiful Qin Lake showplace “the Water Town Pearl” is always thought of by people. Under the leading of developing conception, the town which owns a history of a thousand year has lead to a fast industrial economic increase and became the famous chemical industry town in Mid Jiangsu province. There are more than one hundred enterprises in this town including chemical industry, machinery, wiring, textile industry, foodstuff, provision process, constructional material, shipbuilding, etc. Among all of them, tungsten and molybdenum which is the characteristic industry of Yuduo has formed a developing group advantage with definite scale, which has close relationship with the enterprise: Jiangyan Anda Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd. Because of the continuous developing process in tungsten and molybdenum industry, a lot of experts appear in Yuduo.
姜堰市安达有色金属有限公司（原姜堰市第二化工厂）始建于1978年，建厂近三十年来，在董事长杨国安先生的带领下，安达人艰苦创业，诚信开拓，把当初一个占地不足万平方米、只有几十个员工、年产值不足百万元的小作坊，建设运营成今日占地八万平方米、 拥有千万元固定资产、年产值达1.5亿元，在同行中业绩骄人的大公司。
Jiangyan Anda Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd., (original Jiangyan the 2nd chemical factory), was established in 1978. During the past 30 years since the foundation, under the leading of the Director Yang Guo’an,a much successful larger enterprise which has occupied 80 thousand square meters, processed of a fixed assets of more than 10,million yuan and an annual output of 1.5 billion yuan has been developed from the initial small company which occupied no more than 1 thousand square meters with an annual output of no more than 1 million yuan under the hard working and trust pioneering spirit of Anda.
杨国安董事长可谓工业企业中的一名老将，面对变幻波动的市场行情，他眼光独到，胸怀远大，把创业作为人生的最大快乐。回首企业发展中的点点滴滴，杨董说安达人最为自豪的是能够抓住机遇，不失时机地扩大规模。尤其是两次钼业发展史上的价格飞跃，成为安达人创业发展的重大契机，产值一年上一个台阶，产品供不应求，其中钼酸钠产量连续三年居全国同行之首。目前安达产品主要包括钨酸钠、偏钨酸铵、仲钨酸铵、二钼酸铵、四钼酸铵、七钼酸铵、钼酸钠、钼铁、钼酸钡、高纯三氧化钼等，这些产品除在国内有稳定的市场外，还远销欧美、东南亚以及日本等十多个地区和国家，公司也成为外贸钨钼系列产品的定点厂家。
Director Yang Guo’an is a senior veteran in industrial enterprises, who has an original vision and broad-mind facing the complicated and changeful market. He takes starting undertaking as the greatest pleasure in his life. Looking back of the company’s development, Director Yang said the most valuable pride of Anda people was holding opportunities and never losing time to expand the dimensions. Especially the two rushes of prices became the important chance for Anda to expand. The annual output reached a much higher level year after year, also the supply of products fell short of demand, the output of Sodium Molybdate had particularly been the first for the next three years in the same trade in China. Now, Anda products mainly include sodium tungstate, ammonium metagungstate, ammonium paratungstate, ammonium dimolybdate, ammonium quartmolybdate, ammonium heptamolybdate, ammonium molybdate, molybdenum, barium molybdate pure molybdenum trioxide, etc. All of these products have the stable market domestically which are also sold to more than ten regions and countries abroad including west countries, Southeast Asia and Japan. Anda also becomes the special factory of molybdenum series products in foreign trade.

Looking forward, the construction of new factory will provide the solid hardware foundation for Anda’s secondary development. We have reasons to believe that the new Anda will paint the wonderful blueprint of enterprise during the Anduo’s plan of molybdenum industry and the process of molybdenum industrial garden , double the production and quadrupling tax in one or two years , and finally become the leader of molybdenum industry in Yuduo town.
